Ryan Damaso / TREASURER

Ryan is the tax partner of Treeful Damaso Aniceto, Inc. His responsibilities include managing our tax department and reviewing business, individual, trust and estate tax returns. Keeping current on tax laws allows Ryan to provide consultation and planning services on complicated tax issues related to small business, individual, and family tax.

Before joining Treeful Damaso Aniceto, Inc., Ryan was employed at Heald Hoffmeister and Company since 1995, becoming partner in 2004. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Taxation from Northeastern University. He also holds a National Association Of Securities Dealers (NASD) Series 7, 63, and 66 license.

Ryan is a member of Massachusetts Society of CPAs and the treasurer of the Rotary Club of Needham. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and playing golf.

Curt Rodman / Board Member & Gala Chairman

Born and raised in Canton, MA, Curt attended Canton High School and graduated in 1974 with a focus on the Arts. He then attended Curry College as a Fine Art Major with a Minor in Music; he graduated in 1978. 

After graduating from Curry College in 1978, Curt began working full time at the family owned business Rodman Ford, Lincoln Mercury in Foxboro, MA.  Starting out as a Sales Consultant, Curt was promoted to Truck Manager in 1982, Sales Manager for Ford and Lincoln Mercury in 1983, and then to General Manager of Ford and Lincoln Mercury in 1985. In 1996 Curt became Dealer Partner of Maroone Chevrolet in Fort Lauderdale, FL, which he sold in 1997 to Autonation. He then joined Koons World Ford in Hollywood, FL until moving back to Massachusetts in 2001 where he resumed his role as Dealer Partner of Rodman Ford, Lincoln Mercury.

Curt has served on the Board of Directors for numerous charities such as Big Brother Big Sister, Haitan Center of Dorchester, Temple Beth Abraham of Canton, Taunton’s Community Connection, and Norwood Hospital. He continues to serve on the Board of Directors for the Rodman Ride for Kids, Celebration of Giving, and Curry College.

Curt married his wife Marsha in 1981. Together they have three daughters: Sheryl, Rachel and Jayne. He proudly gained three son-in-laws, Michael, Thomas, and Marco and has been blessed with three grandsons, Curtis, Clayton and Leo.

Kristen Kenny / Board Member

Kristen grew up in Hanover, MA and currently resides in Stoneham, MA. She attended Westfield State College and graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management.

Kristen is an accomplished human resource leader with expertise in domestic and international HR Operations, benefits, compensation, performance management, career development and employee relations. For the past 15 years she has demonstrated her ability in the building of HR teams in early stage companies. She is currently employed at HubSpot, Inc. in Cambridge, MA.

Kristen has worked on several fundraising committees for other charities. In her spare time Kristen enjoys golf, travel, reading and spending time with her two nephews. Her oldest nephew is just starting his hockey career with RB Hockey’s learn to skate program.

Steve Sheinkopf / Board Member

The third generation owner of Yale Appliance and Lighting, Steve has been part of numerous charities through his company since it's inception. The company has supported many different charities such as Brigham and Womens, Pine Street Inn as well as various heart and cancer foundations.  Steve has served as a board member on three differen boards. A true hockey fan, Steve has attended the Beanpot for the last 10 consecutive years.

Greg Menzel / Board Member

Greg grew up in Hanover, MA and after graduating Hanover High School, attended Fitchburg State College where he obtained his Bachelors of Science in Accounting. After working 6 years of public accounting with LT Falcone CPA, PC in Braintree, he became the controller of FX Messina Enterprises, a real estate developer in Braintree for the next 6 years. In June of 2000, Greg accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer of a seafood wholesale company, the Lobster Trap Co, in Bourne , MA. In November of 2005, he successfully orchestrated a management buyout with 3 other employees to become partners in the Lobster Trap Company, which is now the 2nd largest live lobster dealer in the world.

Greg and his wife Josephine have lived in Raynham for 12 years and have two sons who are both hockey players that have come through the RB Hockey programs. He currently and in the past, has coached hockey at Northeast Elite Hockey and for several other organizations.

John Walsh / Board Member

John grew up in West Roxbury and attended Boston Latin School and the University of Massachusetts/Amherst where he received a degree in Economics.

John has resided in Walpole for 22 years with his wife, Lois and their three children.  John, Lois and his two sons are all currently-active hockey players.

John is the president and co-owner of Walsh Brothers Building Co.  Walsh Brothers continues to have a solid reputation with its clients and the community for over 25 years in the building of hundreds of single-family homes throughout Walpole and its surrounding towns. John is also a past member of the Walpole Finance Committee.

Brian Webber / Board Member

Born and Raised in Worcester, MA, Brian served in the United States Army then attended Northeastern University graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. A four year A-side player on Northeastern's Rugby team, Brian now serves on the Alumni Board working to ensure the continued success and growth of the team while strengthening the bond with the University.

Brian currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Apollo International, a full service security firm operating throughout the United States with active operations in over 30 countries globally. Prior to this, Brian served in several senior level positions within the security field operating in several theaters.

Brian and his wife Amy live in Rhode Island with their two children; Dylan & Cora both of whom have enjoyed playing for the NEH and Walpole Express.

Jon Lounsbury / Board Member

A Winthrop, Mass. native, Lounsbury attended Bridgton Academy for a post-graduate year in 2000-2001 and still holds the school record for most goals and points scored in a season. He received a bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications from the University of Southern Maine (USM) where was a four-time member of the ECAC All-Conference Team. He also was a two-time college All-American and the all-time leading defenseman in scoring for USM.
Following his collegiate career, Lounsbury played six years of professional hockey -- four with the Huntsville (Ala.) Havoc where in 2006 he lead defenseman in scoring with 55 points in 60 games. He also played for the Colorado Eagles and Fort Worth Brahmas.

When his playing career ended, Lounsbury headed back to Bridgton as an administrator. Thanks to an expansive network that extends from Division 1 to Division 3 coaches, Lounsbury successfully placed more than 50 players on NCAA College hockey rosters in just four years. His 2012 class alone includes 20 players that, thanks in large part to his efforts, have the opportunity to launch college hockey careers in the USHL, NESCAC, ECAC EAST, ECAC WEST, SUNYAC, and ECAC.

On a personal note, he and his wife Michelle are proud first-time parents of Olivia Grace, born in November 2012. Michelle has her own hockey connections. Springfield College grad and current strength and conditioning coach for Fryeburg Academy in Maine, Michelle worked for several years at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning training some of the best NHL players in New England.

Steve Handwerk / Board Member

Steve grew up in Braintree, Mass., graduating from Braintree High School and later Boston College. He and his wife Megan settled in Walpole in 2003, where they are raising son Cam and daughters Caitlyn, and Caroline. Steve makes every effort to give back to his local community, and his participation on the RB Foundation board of directors exemplifies this commitment. Steve is currently a major accounts executive for Brockton, Mass. based office supply firm WB Mason, where he has worked for over 15 years.

Rob Barletta / Founder

In 2003 Rob and wife Chrissy formed the NEH & RB Hockey Foundation, a charitable non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial assistance to families in crisis and distress. Since that time, the Barlettas have raised and distributed more than $450,000 to families in need. Now, through the RB Foundation, Rob aims to continue helping people in need.

Rob is the owner and director of RB Hockey, which he launched with just eight players in 1997. It has since grown into one of New England’s premier hockey training organizations. He also founded the Walpole Express, which competes at the Junior A Tier III level in the EHL, EHL Premier, and ECWC (Women's Junior). In addition, Rob is the owner and general manager of the Rodman Arena in Walpole, Massachusetts.

Chrissy Barletta / Board Member

Christina has operated RB Hockey along with her husband since it was incorporated in 1997. She is responsible for handling the administration end of the business and customer relations. Years ago Christina sparked an interest to play the game herself and has been playing women’s organized hockey ever since. She is a big promoter for women to start at any age; especially hockey mom’s who donate so much of their time to their own children’s hockey schedule. Christina and Rob have been married for 18 years and have three children – Sami, Robbie, and Jessi. When not playing hockey or working for the hockey school, Christina enjoys volunteering her time at the children’s school.
